Oh time flies... It's already NOVEMBER!!yay because I love christmas and its getting closer and closer!!! I always felt that time would move so slowly as a child...and the older I get the faster it becomes.The months just fly by...
October was an interesting month to say the least...I was forced to leave my job with kikki-k because of my working visa restrictions....(not cool) and was in a sense raped of my 'working woman' status...and although I had indeed missed the desperate housewife role I didnt like to be forced back into it at all.
So October was a month filled with worries obviously but more importnatly a month were many big descisions were made inside of me. Firstly as my fiance pointed out "You have grown so much as a person" he said "look at you sobbing because you lost your job and can't work..." and I 'gotta' say he has a point. Now I've always considered myself a rather lazy person( dont get me wrong ive worked summers,winters,part time jobs,everything and anything that needed to be done,including car washing yes you heard that right...) so in a way im not lazy.Let me rephrase that...im not lazy but ive always been fortunate enough in my life,to have the CHOICE of not working, parents and a family that would support me,send me money,pay for my student loan, a house to live in, people that would feed me...etc
God as you can see this is going to be a bit of a rambly post. My point is, its the first time I have to work as an adult,because if i dont work,bills wont be paid,or we wont be albe to have food serious grown up issues. and with the realisation of that comes the want and will and love for working. So there is one big realization that happened inside me this month. Furthermore I'm sure you are all aware of the situation in Greece...not good at all.... and the more I hear about the difficulties the happier I get about my choice of moving to australia.
Anyway lets move on to the products that I have been loving and using all month. [[posterous-content:pid___0]]My fiance and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary in October as well...and I was spoiled ROTTEN[[posterous-content:pid___1]](yes i know ive mentioned this before but im so excited) He got me a MAC BOOK PRO *insert angels choir singing hallelujah now* There is my beauty...which I spend waaaay too much time on... the card on the right was included in the beautiful package my bestie marianna sent me, and every time I look at it I smile. on the left is a card from my old job,just because I love it,and I think its so me.... so i had to share it with 'ya'll'[[posterous-content:pid___2]]Next my new found love for wine...I absolutely love Moscato...its a white slightly sparkly,sweet,fruity loveliness.... grouped with soy crisps...'it don't get better than that'[[posterous-content:pid___3]]Ofcourese a few makeup products...eventhough I'm broke...I still manage to get some makeup *tut tut tut* I had actually ordered the eyeshadow online when I still had a job and it came when i was broke so that was a very pleasant surprise to say the least... its the Urban Decay Naked Pallete...and I use this every single day.and its the best eyeshadow thing I've ever had.if you use eyeshadow...and your more into the natural look.then you have to buy this.I LOVE IT. next i've been into orangy tones lately so i tried this orange lip pencil from inglot(a polish brand) wich i rather like, very lightly put it on my lips and it seems natural and gives just a beautiful peachy look. and last is that beautiful nailpolish which was a gift from my bestie which i have been wearing non stop and i just cant get enough. [[posterous-content:pid___4]]Next is a produt that I use all the time,but i dont think ive mentioned it,its the palmers cocoa butter formula body lotion. this stuff is super cheap,thick,moisturizing,smells like chocolate AND supposedly reduces stretch marks...need i say more? and that little pink blob next to it,is a massage bar from lush(for those of you who dont have lush...well come to australia and ill take you to heaven.hahah) its smells like strawberry goodness and you warm it up in your hands and then just smooth it on to the surface you are massaging hahah and its amazing!!!(here i have to tell you that my present to my fiance was a pair of gym shoes and a homemade voucher of 1 hour massage(thus the massage bar).....[[posterous-content:pid___5]]Next (god theres a lot...) is this beautiful iphone case thing that fits credit card some cash and your phone to just take with you on the go...this was also in the package marianna sent me *insert heart* the ring to the right is a gift from my sister in law and i loooove it,and on the left was a gift to myself hahah because im loving orange this month must have something to do with october and pumpkins....which reminds me....[[posterous-content:pid___6]][[posterous-content:pid___7]]this was my halloween decor hahah(any excuse to decorate) [[posterous-content:pid___8]]and almost done...this is my favorite cleaning product EVER....this is an anti bacterial for fridge and counter tops but i use it on practically everything...*insert drum role* it smells like vanilla!!!! you clean and make your house smell heavenly at the same time....(tries to calm herself down) :)
and last but NOT least....is my beautiful bag(that was also a present from my man)(my massages must be pretty damn good hahah) [[posterous-content:pid___9]]Isn't that the most beautiful bag you have ever seen???!!! i wear it every single day...when it rains i put my umbrella over it,and let myself get drenched...i am tempted to bring it into bed with me...AND it holds my new laptop....what more could a girl ask for??? not much(at least not materialisticly)because if i could ask for something it would be that all the people reading this,my peeps, move to melbourne with me.
